Wrap-Around Label Applicator for Bottles
Fast process capacity for applying wrap-around labels to round bottles and containers.
The Colamark A117 labeling machine rotates the bottle for wrap around by gripping at 3 points on the bottle body to ensure precise parallel alignment of the label and at the same time achieve label orientation and/or multiple labels on one bottle. Various optional coding devices for synchronized coding: hot stamping, thermal transfer, inkjet, thermal inkjet etc. are also available. The A107 offers integrated management of peripheral devices and includes operation parameters, alarm signals of peripherals that can be shown on the system control panel. It is widely used in the personal care products, food and beverage, and pharmaceutical industry.
The Colamark A117 labeling machine is suitable when a fast process capacity is important.
Optional inspection and rejection functions for missing label, wrong label, wrong position, and missing or illegible date/batch codes etc. are available.
